Fund a project that already has distribution behind it.

AllFundIt raises the capital that gets a show, a network or a platform made — then launches it across our own connected TV, audio, social and local channels instead of leaving it to find an audience alone. Once it's live and earning, funders move to a performance-based agreement.

The stack

Capital is the easy part. Distribution isn't.

Most projects raise money and then spend the first year building infrastructure someone else already has. Ours don't. Every project we fund plugs into technology that is already running, already serving ads and already reaching an audience.

Talk to us

Ad serving and SSAI

Our own ad server handles VAST calls and server-side stitching, so streams monetize cleanly on connected TV instead of dropping breaks.

  • VAST / VPAID inventory
  • Server-side and client-side insertion
  • Direct-sold and programmatic

Audience identity and intent

DataPulse identifies anonymous site traffic and LeadEngine surfaces people actively searching, so campaigns start with a known audience rather than a guess.

  • Visitor identification pixel
  • Search-intent signals
  • Geo and demographic filtering

CTV and OTT distribution

Shows go out to Roku, Apple TV and Fire TV as both linear channels and on-demand libraries, with geo-targeted scheduling built in.

  • Linear channels with EPG
  • VOD libraries by genre
  • Geo-targeted programming

Podcast and audio

Self-hosted audio infrastructure with dynamic ad insertion, so back catalogue keeps earning long after an episode drops.

  • Dynamic ad insertion
  • Download and listener measurement
  • Network-wide campaign delivery

Owned audience channels

A social network, hyperlocal news properties and email lists we control — first-party reach that doesn't depend on anyone else's algorithm.

  • Social platform and creator base
  • Hyperlocal news and newsletters
  • First-party email at scale

Reporting and attribution

Delivery, audience and revenue figures come out of the same systems that run the project, so funders see performance without a reconstruction exercise.

  • Per-project delivery reporting
  • Audience and engagement data
  • Revenue and payout tracking

How funding works

Money up front. Terms after the numbers exist.

Pre-launch valuations are guesswork, and guesswork is how good projects get priced badly. We raise what a project needs to go live, put it to work in the open, and set the long-term terms once there's real revenue to set them against.

01 — Fund

Launch capital

Each project posts a defined budget and a line-item use of funds. Packages start at $5,000. Nothing is collected on this site — a funding agreement is signed before any money moves.

Fixed amount · known scope · papered first

02 — Launch

Produce and distribute

The project gets made and pushed live across the stack — CTV, web, social, audio and local channels — with ad serving and measurement wired in from day one, not bolted on later.

Milestone reporting to funders as it ships

03 — Convert

Performance agreement

Once the project is live and producing revenue, we structure the go-forward agreement: a share of what it earns, priced against actual performance rather than a projection.

The alliance

Four companies, one operating team.

Your capital doesn't fund a team that still has to be assembled. The platforms, the ad technology, the engineering and the distribution are already in place and already working together.

01

Spreely Media

Platforms and audience

The social, television and video properties at the center of the network, and the audience already using them.

02

AdRevv

Ad technology and monetization

Ad serving, audience identification, intent data and campaign tooling — the layer that turns a launched project into a revenue-producing one.

03

QUX Technologies

Engineering and infrastructure

Platform engineering, hosting and the systems work that keeps these properties running independently.

04

OBBM Network

Broadcast and distribution

Television, podcast and local media distribution that puts finished projects in front of an audience on day one.

The go-forward agreement

Priced on results, not on promises.

Every commitment is documented before a dollar moves, and every long-term term is set after the project has a launch behind it.

  • What you fund
A specific launch, at a published budget. Each project lists what it needs, what the money buys, and what "live" means for it. Packages start at $5,000.
  • When terms are set
After the project is operating. Once there's revenue — advertising, sponsorship, subscriptions, licensing — we structure the agreement against it.
  • What you receive
A negotiated share of project performance. Structure varies by project and by the size of the commitment. Every deal is papered before funds move.
  • What we report
Milestones and numbers, direct to funders. Delivery, audience and revenue reporting come out of the same stack that runs the project, so the figures aren't reconstructed after the fact.

AllFundIt is not a donation platform and takes no payment on this site. Submitting interest starts a conversation — nothing is binding on either side until an agreement is signed. This page is not an offer to sell securities.
